A beautiful ruby given new life

The setting of this ring was very much of its time and it was no longer being worn

The central ruby is now in a square setting, held at each side with a pillar. The diamonds have been placed as a border, suggesting a formal parterre or knot garden.

Successful sustainability is using gems from a different era and passing them from one generation to another in entirely new configurations.
